No good
The sound quality was incredibly terrible, I can't stress that enough. We found ourselves at the side of the stage, front row on the second level. Throughout the entire concert, I couldn't comprehend any spoken words. It was simply muffled and unclear with only regular microphone chatter, no music at all. I'm unsure if the fault lies with the tour or the venue, but it's the worst sound experience I've ever had.
The concert lasted a whopping FIVE hours, which was a major downside. It's challenging to sustain excitement for such a long duration, particularly when all you hear are muffled voices. Even the hype man in between artists seemed visibly worn out towards the end of the performance, with a noticeable drop in energy levels.
Some of the artists did bring great energy, and it was fantastic to witness Nelly bringing out Chingy and J Kwon for a few of their classic hits. However, the concert could have easily been condensed into a more manageable 3 hours.
In the end, it was a significant letdown from what I had anticipated to be a fun and nostalgic evening for my wife and me.
